Meditation to Us is like an Antivirus to a Computer

   Every one of us has “Anti Virus” installed in our computers, what antivirus does is protect our computers from viruses and malwares. 
   In a similar way meditation acts like an antivirus protecting ourselves from viruses and malwares which enter our system as “Stress” & “Negativity”. Meditation acts at the programming level, correcting and protecting our operating system at the deepest levels.
    Practising Meditation regularly can be compared with regular updating of antivirus. Even though we don’t see the changes explicitly, there are changes happening at the deeper level.
  Meditation is like “Anti Virus”. Regular updation of Anti Virus is Regular Practice of Meditation.
We must know that if we don’t update our Antivirus, we are putting our system at risk.
